Merged Media operates Guelph Tree Removal Pros and reviews enquiries through its private Lead Desk. For privacy requests, call the number below.

Information you provide

The quote form asks for your name, one contact method, property postal code, service and optional project details. It records your consent version, submission time, originating page path and a random receipt reference. Please do not include payment details, identification documents or sensitive personal information.

Purpose and sharing

Information is used to manage your tree-service enquiry and may be shared with a provider to discuss that project. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. Guelph Tree Removal Pros is an independent referral website, not the contractor doing the work.

Storage and access

Submitted enquiries are held in private storage accessible to authorized site operators. A copy is sent to Merged Media’s private Lead Desk for enquiry review. No public lead directory is provided. Hosting and dashboard providers process information to operate these services; processing may occur outside Canada.

Enquiry records are configured for deletion after 180 days. A synchronized relay copy is removed after seven days; the private source and any enabled dashboard may retain the record for the stated 180-day period. No notification email or automatic customer reply is enabled in this release.

Abuse prevention and browsing

The server uses a secret-keyed, short-lived identifier derived from the request’s network address to limit repeated submissions. The lead record does not store the raw address. The hosting provider may retain operational logs under its own policies. This release does not install advertising pixels, third-party analytics or marketing cookies. Fonts and illustration files are served with the site.

Access, correction and deletion

Call 289-210-1034 about access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. Have your receipt reference ready if available. The operator may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawing consent does not reverse information already used to address your enquiry.
